Q. What if I need an unscheduled pick up?
A. Call CDS at (816)232-0009 to schedule an additional pick up. There is an additional charge.

Q. Can I pay my bill online?
A. Yes, go to Pay Bill in our menu or click here.

Q. Can I pay my bill over the phone?
A. Yes. Please call our office at (816)232-0009 during office hours and we will be happy to assist you.

Q. How can I set up auto-pay for my bill?
A. Call our office at (816)232-0009 during office hours and we will help you set that up.

Q. What is your holiday pick up schedule?
A. Go to “holiday schedule” in our main menu, click here, or call the office (816)232-0009.

Q: If my service day falls on a day CDS doesn't pick up or on a holiday, when will my trash be picked up?
A. On the day after the holiday or bad weather postponement. Click here for full details.

Q. If my scheduled trash day is during a holiday week, but not the actual holiday, but instead the day after the holiday, when will my trash be picked up?
A. If it is not picked up on your regularly scheduled day, it will be picked up the next day.
